Fixed it :-)
I did a reagentc /disable and then a reagentc /enable, to which I got a window recovery file not found.
But after that Reflect was able to build a new WinPE !!
Don't know why, don't care why, just happy now :-)

Same problem here trying to re-create recovery media on USB and CD or .iso after update to v7.3.5758 (OK on another machine so I hope I have a restore backup device). Tried to use REAGENTC.EXE: but ends with
REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found. :-(

and Macrium will NOT build.

Suggestions most welcome.

I have two healthy Recovery partitions, one on the drive with my C partition and another on a backup drive.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>reagentc /info
Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and system reset configuration
Information:
  Windows RE status:   Disabled

REAGENTC.EXE: Operation Successful.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>reagentc /disable
REAGENTC.EXE: Windows RE is already disabled.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>reagentc /enable
REAGENTC.EXE: The Windows RE image was not found.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd ./recovery

Try assigning the newer WinRE partition a drive letter and then running the commands below, replacing X as appropriate:

reagentc /setreimage /path X:\Recovery\WindowsRE /target C:\Windows
reagentc /enable

If that doesn't resolve it, as a workaround you could build your Rescue Media using WinPE 10 instead of WinRE.  The only thing you'll lose is WiFi support in Rescue.

I can't set a letter for the recovery partition - only option (when expect option "Change drive letter ...") is help, which is no help at all, as too often!

So I've done plan B, downloading Windows 10 PE 973 MB 1709. burnt a CD, and a USB card.

(I don't need wifi as I have Real Wires ;-) )

Next is to check I can boot OK, but thanks.

Sorry, should have clarified. You need to use Diskpart to assign a letter to the Recovery partition. Windows Disk Management won’t do it.
