Hi, Lee,
Thank you for your prompt reply. I regret that I have not been so prompt in following up on your instructions.
Unfortunately, enabling all cookies in my browser and then accepting the invitation to join Macrium's Customer Self-Service Portal
failed. The error message displayed above the password registration dialog was the same as before.
I had received two invitations from Macrium to join the Customer Self-Service Portal on the same day, December 1st in my local timezone. After enabling all cookies in the Google Chrome browser under Windows 10 Pro version 20H2, I then tried to accept the first invitation. This failed. So then I cleared all cookies in the Google Chrome browser under Apple OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan) and tried to accept the second invitation. This also failed. Please inform me if you need to know the versions of Chrome that I am running under those two operating systems.
I will send back, within one hour, both invitation e-mails to
support@macrium.com for you to examine.
The Zoho.Com instructions on enabling browsers, to which you kindly gave me the URL, were written in 2018 and are, therefore, obsolete. Below you should see a screenshot of where in Chrome's settings I enabled all cookies.

It disappoints me to discover that Paramount Software uses a helpdesk software from Zoho that requires the user, in order to register for the support ticket system, to permit the invasion of his or her privacy by storing and reading cookies. Frankly, I feel Paramount should switch to a helpdesk software that does not invade the user's privacy and place the user under surveillance.
Finally, I send you, Lee, greetings of the holiday season and hope you are able to celebrate it with your family in a way that keeps safe your and their health.
