Our Macrium Reflect Support expires 30-Nov-20, it says in the About window. What is it mean? Will we keep getting updates? Will we be able to receive replies from this forum? I didn't understand the answer about this from Leonald Smith ("support cannot be renewd for the Home edition/4-pack. You do haave access to the forum and knowledgebase, both under the support tab on the website") , сlarify please.
Our Macrium Reflect Home Edition 4 pack was was purchased about a year ago by Nathalie Golub.

You should really remove your Reflect license key from your post. You can edit it by clicking the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of your post. That key activates the Reflect license assigned to you, and if others use it inappropriately after finding it here on a completely public forum, it can create hassles for you.

In terms of your question, your Reflect license is perpetual. It will keep working forever, or at least until you update to a version of Windows that might not be compatible with the Reflect version you have. You’ll also retain access to the forum. The support you lose relates to filing support tickets with Macrium, although sometimes they’ll ask even people who have expired support to submit support tickets based on the issue they posted in this forum. This page about Reflect’s support offerings might help clarify what will keep working and what won’t: https://www.macrium.com/support
