+x capair45 - 6 October 2020 2:43 PMAs a first step, I would have Reflect verify the image you are trying to restore. This will indicate whether the image is readable (not corrupted). Launch Reflect > Restore Tab > Locate the image you are trying to restore and click on it > Other Actions > Verify.
