I updated to latest build of Site Manager and installed updated the agent on managed devices (but did not reboot).  Prior to the reboot of the managed devices, I started creating rescue media for them - this was working fine and found 4 device drivers for each device.

It was taking quite a while to create each rescue media - so I decided to pick it up in the morning after the managed devices had rebooted (I scheduled them to reboot for after hours) as required by the agent upgrade.  After the reboot, I no longer see any device drivers for any managed device - including the three that I has successfully created the night prior to the reboots.

How do I fix this?
Thanks
NK

Hi,

This is unusual - the new release does make some changes to the driver discovery process, but this should not be affected by reboot at all. For a Site Manager Agent, the reboot is only required for the CBT driver to update.
When you say you can't see device drivers, do you mean in the Rescue Media creation wizard on the Agent itself or in the Agent-specific Rescue Media creation wizard in the Site Manager server?

Kind Regards,

Alex

The Agent-specific Rescue Media creation wizard in the Site Manager server.  There are three tabs...on the very last tab it is titled "Device Drivers" - prior to the reboot of the agents, it showed 4 unique drivers listed (in this case HPE ProLiant GEN10 server drivers).  Now, after the reboot - the list is blank.  Is says "No devices found".  It even does this for the three servers that I had previously created the media for the night before.  What is odd, is in the middle tab ("Agent Selection") it shows "4" for each agent under the column "Device Count" - so it knows there are 4 devices.  Yet, it lists no devices on the "Device Drivers" tab.

You can check what drivers the Site Manager has for each computer by using the export functions in the Settings -> Rescue Media page - this will let you know if the drivers really are missing or whether it's a UI problem.
