When you upgrade to Win10 2004, Rescue Media Builder will tell you that your WinRE environment has changed and prompt you to rebuild your Rescue Media to use that new environment.  You click Build, it performs a full rebuild, and you're done.  The same thing happens if you update Reflect itself because in that case the cached Rescue Media build will need to be updated to incorporate that new version.  And it also happens if new and/or updated drivers need to be incorporated.  It's no big deal.
