How to submit a support case?

I am trying to submit a support case using new Microsoft (Chrome) Edge browser.  I see no where to put in a subject or title - just an email address and then submit.

Granted I've never used Microsoft Edge, either Legacy or Modern, to submit a support ticket and it's been a while since I've done so, so I don't remember.  But, did you just try entering your e-mail address and pressing Submit to see if you got a 2nd page where you could enter Subject lines and the like?

Apparently I missed the memo that this URL is no longer used for support and I should use Helpme.macrium.com instead. Would have been nice if they just redirected the old site to the new site for us and saved me the time...or at least put in big bold letters - HEY DONT USE THIS SITE...GO HERE INSTEAD...

Yes, Internet etiquette would dictate that the old page should redirect to the new one to avoid wasted time.
