Difference between Standard and Premium Business Support?

I am trying to find information on the differences between standard and premium business support.  I can not find any articles on the Macrium website, or anywhere else.  Can some one please explain the differences?  Thank you!

Thank you for your quick response.  One follow-up question please. Does that mean for standard support, that there is no phone support at all?

I believe that's correct, given that the "Support and Maintenance for Business Users" section of that linked page mentions email support but nothing about phone support, 24/7 or otherwise.
