Good day.
I purchased site manager server and virtual server licenses.
I installed it successfully, but I am unable to find how to backup the exchange databases. Exchange is not listed in the backup tasks.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
To perform Exchange (and SQL) backups, the Server Plus edition is required.  If Server Plus standalone Reflect is installed on a computer running the Site Manager Agent, Site Manager will be able to monitor and report on any Exchange and SQL backups triggered by Site Manager.

Kind Regards,

Alex

Hi Alex,

It would be great if I knew this prior to buying.
Why are these options not listed under site backup?

Hi,

The Exchange backup and SQL backup are features of Reflect Server Plus and are not listed on the Site Manager section - I will pass this on to our web team as you are right that there is no guidance on this in the Site Manager section. If you'd like to alter your purchased licenses, our support team should be able to help you at https://macrium.com/support

Kind Regards,

Alex

Hi,

Please accept our apologies for the confusion.

Could you please send an email to [email protected], for the attention of John Pendleton, including details on how many machines out of your set need an exchange backup.

Many thanks.

Kind regards,
John Pendleton.

Kind Regards

John
