Image Gaurdian Not running

I have just done a fresh install of windows10 pro and obviously re-installed latest reflect.
I went to check gaurdian was on but was met with a message  "Macrium Image Guardian is not running"
I usually get an option to turn Gardian on or off at this point  but there is no option to do so.

I would appreciate some advice please?
