Reflect v7.2.4601 / Windows 10 Pro x64, running under standard Admin account

I have just moved everything to a new PC.  I can make Reflect images as always but now can't Attach and Explore them.  The Attach process seems to complete with a normal progress bar, but at the end no drive is attached.  Under 'Detach Image' none appear either.

I found a post from 2017 with the same title but nothing there applies to me.  The only possibility was permissions on the Windows \Temp folder, but on my machine 'System' has all privileges enabled.

Any ideas?

Shouldn't be necessary especially on a new PC, but if you haven't already, try just uninstalling and reinstalling Reflect.  That seems to resolve this sometimes
