Email Notification not working

My email account through outlook is an MSN Pop3 account, not an "Outlook.com" account. Setting up the notification email upon back up status, I continue getting an error code 80042715. I have all the same settings that work in my Outlook account in the default setting, but continue getting this error. Any help is appreciated.

I don't understand why support wouldn't post the solution in the forum but I will for the next person that ends up here like I did. The solution for Office 385 and Macrium Reflect is:

Senders Email: primary email address for the sending mailbox
Authentication: Auto Detect or Secure Username/Password Login (AUTH LOGIN)
SMTP Username: primary email address for the sending mailbox
SMTP Password: password for the sending mailbox
SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com
Connection Type: Transport Layer Security (STARTTLS)
SMTP Port: 587
GO
