Since May 09 2019 as i made an Upgrade to V7.2.4267 Macrium is not doing any backup anymore.
I also upgraded to V7.2.4279 but still no upgrades are made.
The EventViewer has now the following Entries:

There also seems to be an issue with sending mails:
If i try to send an test-Mail, following pop shows:

Hi,
Did you have a look at the upgrade instructions for the release and make any firewall changes that were needed? The 7.2.4267 release changes from using MSMQ for agent communications to using a TCP/IP based system. This means that if agents are upgraded before the firewall rules are changed, then the agents will be unable to connect to Site Manager. To test an agent's connection to the server, there's a tool in the agent install in:
C:\Program Files\Macrium\Agent\AgentConfigTool.exe


If this works, or your agents are in the Connected state in Site Manager, something more complicated is going on and you should open a support case .

Hi,

Looks like everything is OK with the network config - we're currently aware of some issues with the email sending where email sending will fail if the mail server address does not start with "smtp." - there's a fix release being prepared for that. 

Does the Site Manager event log (in the Site Manager web interface) contain backup start failure entries for the backups that aren't happening, or are they not being scheduled at all? (see the forecast in the appropriate repository for the schedule)

Hi Alex,
have you had a look at the Event raised by mrserver in the first post?
The Event log is only showing failed mail-attempts, but no failed backups.
The forecast is the following since 9th of May according to the first line (immediately), the next line is changing from day to day:

It seems, that the Site Manager is not able to start the job anymore. I also rebooted, but nothing changes. Site-Manager is running on the same machine, that means that the Site-MAnager and the Agent had been restarted.

Hi,

Can you try selecting the computer in the computers table and using the "Refresh" function?

This should cause the computers to reinitialize their connection and start the backups.
