We have purchased several server licenses - that are coming to the end of their 1 year free support - how do renew these? its mainly so we can take advantage of any future macrium upgrades

That does not work. My maintenance contract is coming up. I follow that link through to the end and there is a button to "Buy Now". Great that's it. They have my license key. It is right. They have the correct expiration date. I click on buy now and am returned to the Macrium Home page where I can buy a new one rather than renew my maintenance license.

I can't figure out how to renew.

I made my support request. They got back to me. I know I had a problem, but apparently resolved it. Forgot I resolved it, and was unable to renew the maintenance agreement I'd already renewed.

So, I just totally blew it and there wasn't a problem after all. Perhaps this is the reason lots of others weren't having the same issue.

Figured I should let people know.
