I get emails saying my Full Backup and C Drive Image copy were successful. However, in each case the Result comes back with 0x40010004 error. I did a search for this error code and am told there is no such code!

I've checked the logs and there is no indication of an error.

My back up files look OK as does the Image of my C drive, but eyeballing these doesn't give me much confidence.

Can someone explain this and assure me all is well?

Does this KB article about that error apply to your use case?  (Also, I seem to remember a thread about this recently that contained a few more posts.  Is this a new thread or did posts get deleted?)

Yes, thanks.  I'm the same person you helped with this issue on the Image forum.  I posted the issue on both forums as the issue occurred when ever I did a full image backup or a full data back up.  As I said on the other forum, you were spot on in identifying the problem and I sincerely appreciate your help.
