I know there have been a few previous threads about these services.
Believe though that I am using Reflect in a slightly different way.
Like v6 I launch Reflect separately, as a standalone tool.
I don't use it for (file) backup purposes - am using another tool for that.
Every now and then I create an image and thus launch Reflect from the desktop icon.
Given that scenario, is it then possible to safely disable these services?
(even though, admittedly, the resources are limited)
After all, Office programs usually do not constantly run in the background either.
