Somehow, I have lost the boot option to either boot into Windows (default) or the Macrium Reflect restore option.  It was so nice to select the M/R option and it would boot directly into the restore option and I didn't have to bother with inserting the PE disc.  How can I get that option back?

Please try adding the boot menu again by opening Reflect and taking the "Other tasks -> Add Recovery Boot Menu" option.

Hello, I have the same problem but my "Other Tasks" doesn't include the "Add Recovery Boot Menu Option".. I once had this boot option but it disappeared.  I have a Windows 10 64-bit system version 21h2 OS BUILD 19044, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0. System has 64 GB Ram

Would have helped to mention your Reflect version, but since Reflect 7.2, the boot menu option is now part of the updated Rescue Media Builder wizard. Choose Windows Boot Menu as your build target.
