Relect 7.2199 takes forever to launch and then "not responding"

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, with Reflect 7 (build 2199). When I try to launch the program, it won’t launch until I’ve hit the Reflect icon several times and then wait 15 or more minutes.
When it finally launches, and I start to edit backups, I get the Windows 10 “spinning wheel” and program “not responding.”
Ideas?
