Upgraded from Advanced Server 6 to Advanced Server 7. I can run full backup imaging of the server without any problem.
Also I am running SQL DB backups as well and that was working fine prior to the upgrade to V7.
Since the V7 upgrade the SQL Database only backups will NOT run. I get the following error messages:
ERROR: one or more errors have been encountered.
Sql error
262: [Microsoft] [ODBC Sql server Driver][SQL Server][BACKUP DATABASE permission denied in database 'master'.
3013: [Micorsoft] [ODBC SQL server Driver][SQL server] Backip dataase is terminating abnormally.
Backup aborted! - SQL Backup Failed.
Seems like their is a problem with something in the direct database backup with the upgrade. The application we run has several databases so I run the database backups to provide for granular recovery if needed.
I have deleted and recreated the Backup schedules. No Change.
When it recreated the schedule, the normal selection of the database shows all the instances and appears to connect correctly when doing this process.
Please specify corrective actions needed fo fix this issue.
Server is Server 2012r2.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Rick,
Sorry you are having issues, could you please raise a ticket with support:

Within Reflect have you disconnected from the database and reconnected?
What permissions do you have on the database 'master' ?
Thanks,
Mike.
